The effect of single administration of alpha-tocopherol at a dose of 50 mg/kg on lipid peroxidation, content of alpha-tocopherol in liver tissue and on the activities of some enzymes in rat serum was studied under conditions of acute blood loss. The rate of lipid peroxidation in liver tissue and activities of aspartate- and alanine-transferases in blood serum were increased while content of alpha-tocopherol in liver tissue was decreased under the conditions of acute blood loss. These effects were abolished after tocopherol administration. Use of alpha-tocopherol as an antioxidant drug proved to be suitable for pathogenetic correction of metabolic impairments in acute blood loss.
研究了在急性失血条件下,以50mg/kg的剂量单次给予α-生育酚对大鼠脂质过氧化、肝组织中α-生育酚含量以及大鼠血清中某些酶活性的影响。急性失血条件下,肝组织中脂质过氧化速率以及血清中天冬氨酸转氨酶和丙氨酸转氨酶的活性增加,而肝组织中α-生育酚含量降低。给予生育酚后,这些影响被消除。事实证明,使用α-生育酚作为抗氧化药物适用于急性失血中代谢障碍的病因学纠正。
