Abstract

It has been established in experiments on 30 day albino rats that in acute hepatitis, the pharmacodynamics of the test drugs hexenal, amidopyrine and ethylmorphine metabolized in the liver is considerably potentiated. In contrast to silibor, phytin and zixorine, experimental therapy with benzonal brings about a complete recovery of the pharmacodynamics of the drugs under study. It is believed that benzonal holds promise in pediatrics as a remedy that restores the detoxifying potency of the liver.

摘要

在对白化病大鼠进行的30天实验中已证实,在急性肝炎时,在肝脏中代谢的受试药物己烯醛、氨基比林和乙基吗啡的药效动力学显著增强。与水飞蓟宾、植酸和紫苜蓿素相反,用苯佐那尔进行的实验性治疗可使所研究药物的药效动力学完全恢复。人们认为,苯佐那尔在儿科有望成为一种能恢复肝脏解毒能力的药物。
