A 47-year-old female who had removal of pericardial cyst is reported. Preoperative examination including echocardiography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) demonstrated the cystic nature of the mass attaching to the right pericardial surface. MRI clearly revealed that the cyst was bilocular. MRI brings a more detailed information of pericardial cyst for surgery.
本文报道了一例47岁接受心包囊肿切除术的女性患者。术前检查包括超声心动图、计算机断层扫描和磁共振成像（MRI），均显示附着于右心包表面的肿块为囊性。MRI清晰显示囊肿为双房性。MRI为心包囊肿手术提供了更详细的信息。
