Partnerships result in many pluses to a dental practice. Interpersonal relationships result in many minuses to the partners' rapport. This is magnified manyfold when the relationship is father and son. This article attempts to resolve some of the problems.
合作关系给牙科诊所带来诸多益处。人际关系却给合作伙伴的融洽关系带来诸多不利。当这种关系是父子关系时，这种情况会被放大许多倍。本文试图解决其中一些问题。
