Abstract

HPLC was applied to determine and compare 17 samples of Houpo processed in different ways: sauted with ginger juice, dipped with ginger juice, boiled with ginger juice, and so on. The results provide a scientific basis for screening the best processing technology of Houpo.

采用高效液相色谱法对17个不同炮制方法(姜汁炒制、姜汁浸渍、姜汁煮制等)的厚朴样品进行测定与比较。研究结果为筛选厚朴的最佳炮制工艺提供了科学依据。
