We experienced a case of arteriovenous malformation of the ring finger. The lesion was examined by three-dimensional computed tomography angiography with volume rendering and maximum intensity projection techniques pre- and postoperatively. The images demonstrated the location and extent of the lesion and were quite useful for surgical planning and the evaluation of operative results. Three-dimensional computed tomography angiography may be a valuable diagnostic tool even in the evaluation of peripheral vascular lesions.
