[Two methods of laparoscopic varicocelectomy for the treatment of spermatic varicocele].

OBJECTIVE

To introduce two methods of laparoscopic varicocelectomy for the treatment of spermatic varicocele.

METHODS

Forty-five cases of spermatic varicocele were treated by video laparoscopic technique with two or three punch.

RESULTS

All the 45 operations were performed successfully, and no complications occurred during and after the operations.

CONCLUSIONS

Spermatic varicocele is one of the most suitable indications for video laparoscopic surgery. The two-punch technique is more advantageous than the three-punch.
