A wide application of molecular biology methods provided the basis for genetic studies of complex diseases, like allergic diseases. Analysis of genetic predisposition for these diseases should be performed at the level of individual phenotype, atopic background and differences in severity of individual diseases. The most frequently used methods of identification of disease-causing genes include positional cloning and candidate gene studies. In spite of huge advances in genetic studies the genetic predisposition for allergic diseases has not been fully elucidated.
分子生物学方法的广泛应用为复杂疾病(如过敏性疾病)的遗传学研究提供了基础。对这些疾病的遗传易感性分析应在个体表型、特应性背景以及个体疾病严重程度差异的层面上进行。鉴定致病基因最常用的方法包括定位克隆和候选基因研究。尽管遗传学研究取得了巨大进展,但过敏性疾病的遗传易感性尚未完全阐明。
