The results of surgical treatment of penile hypospadias in 73 boys using D. Browne and Mathieu methods were discussed in the paper. The frequency of urethral fistula formation was used as the criteria of effectiveness. All of the patients were operated on in the Pediatric Surgery Ward in Bydgoszcz.
