Abstract

There is no definitive method for the arrangement of artificial teeth in complete denture construction. A new method is introduced whereby the maxillary posterior teeth have been set in approximate positions mediolaterally similar to their natural predecessors. The procedure is based on a constant relationship derived from the natural dentition. Its clinical application proved to be suitable for the arrangement of artificial teeth for complete dentures with minimal errors.

在全口义齿修复中，对于人工牙的排列没有确定的方法。本文介绍一种新方法，即上颌后牙的排列在近远中方向上与其天然牙列中的对应牙相似，并处于近似位置。该方法基于天然牙列中存在的恒定关系。临床应用证明，这种方法适用于全口义齿人工牙的排列，且误差极小。
