To systematically study Picris davurica Fisch chromosome karyotype.
Sections combined with micrograph were used to analyse chromosome.
Chromosome number of normal diploid was 2n = 10, karyotype formula was K (2n) = 10 = 2 m + 8 sm, the relative length was 2n = 10 = 2 L + 2 M2 + 4 M1 + 2 S, which belonged to "3 A" type. The total length of chromosome groups was 12.51 microns, the total length of long arms was 8.36 microns, the AS. K% was 66.83%. The total volume of chromosome was 11.71 microns3.
Picris davurica chromosome number and morphological character were clear.

采用压片法结合显微照相分析染色体。
正常二倍体染色体数目为2n = 10，核型公式为K(2n)=10 = 2m + 8sm，相对长度为2n = 10 = 2L + 2M2 + 4M1 + 2S，属于“3A”类型。染色体组总长为12.51微米，长臂总长为8.36微米，臂比指数AS.K%为66.83%。染色体总体积为11.71微米³。
兴安鸦葱染色体数目及形态特征明确。
