Evaluation of a cervical-vertebra distortion, respectively with prolonged progress and/or degenerative concomitant symptoms, places high demands on the preparatory clerk as well as on the executing adviser. Complete file preparation can best be described as the task of a "hunter-gatherer". The adviser has to determine the actual accident sequela on the basis of delineated and documented complaints with investigative meticulousness. Additionally, non-surgical evidence has to be introduced and treated specifically.
