Comments are made in connection with a statistics concerning 41 pyeloplasties and 14 re-interventions for complications of pyeloplasties. The author reviews cases in which the reconstruction failed and stresses the problems related to the performance of the intervention and the post-operative care. Early post-operative urography is recommended, on extenation of the patient, in view of checking if the kidney is functional or not. Also the quality of pyelo-uretheral anastomosis is checked by this method.
本文就41例肾盂成形术及14例因肾盂成形术并发症而进行的再次干预的统计数据发表评论。作者回顾了重建失败的病例，并强调了与手术操作及术后护理相关的问题。鉴于需要检查肾脏是否具有功能，建议在患者病情缓解时进行早期术后尿路造影。通过这种方法还可以检查肾盂输尿管吻合的质量。
