Abstract

The authors describe a peninsular diamond-shaped flap raised from the dorsolateral surface of the index finger to cover a defect of the first web space. The donor site is covered by an "LLL" Dufourmentel flap tailored on the dorsum of the hand avoiding a skin graft on the exposed surface of the hand.
