Abstract
The paper shows how successfully surgical myocardial revascularization can be performed on the working heart without applying extracorporeal circulation in 17 patients with a history of two or more myocardial infarctions. Deaths were not observed among the patients operated on. The follow-ups of the patients were 1-2 months.
