If everyone is on the same page and if the doctor and key team members can continue to motivate and encourage others, then the sky is the limit. The key is to keep everyone goal-oriented, unified, and excited about the possibilities. Then you are going to have a team of consistent, long-term employees, you don't have turnover and with that kind of consistency, you are going to have increased productivity."
