Abstract

Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging continues to develop at a rapid rate. Major new innovations include functional neuroimaging, fast spin-echo, magnetization transfer, the fluid attenuated inversion recovery sequence, MR angiography and measurement of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow. Further developments of functional imaging and interventional techniques are expected.
