Bisphosphonates are used for the treatment of childhood hypercalcaemia, especially that due to malignancies. Here we report the use of intravenous pamidronate for the treatment of hypercalcaemia due to vitamin D intoxication in a 3-month-old infant. Serum calcium levels were normalised without complications.
pamidronate may be used in hypercalcaemia due to vitamin D intoxication in paediatric cases resistant to hydration, diuretics or corticosteroids.
双膦酸盐用于治疗儿童高钙血症，尤其是由恶性肿瘤引起的高钙血症。在此，我们报告了静脉注射帕米膦酸治疗一名3个月大婴儿因维生素D中毒所致高钙血症的病例。血清钙水平恢复正常且无并发症。
对于对补液、利尿剂或皮质类固醇治疗无效的小儿维生素D中毒所致高钙血症，可使用帕米膦酸进行治疗。
