An optimization of synthesis of 3alpha,6alpha,17alpha-trihydroxy-5beta-pregnan-20-one from 3alpha,6alpha-dihydroxy-5beta-pregnan-20-one by subsequent acetylenolization, epoxidation, and ring opening reactions has been described. Epoxide hydrolysis at different temperatures (room and at boiling) has also been investigated.
已描述了从3α,6α-二羟基-5β-孕烷-20-酮通过后续乙炔醇化、环氧化和开环反应合成3α,6α,17α-三羟基-5β-孕烷-20-酮的合成优化方法。还研究了在不同温度(室温及沸腾温度)下环氧化物的水解情况。
