To improve the method for internal fixation in digital replantation.
In 14 cases of finger fractures (17 fingers) admitted in our hospital between October, 2000 and March, 2003, intramedullary fixation was performed with two-parallel Kirschner wires, and the effects were compared with those of other internal fixations in cases treated within the same period.
All the digital fractures healed and none of the 10 patients followed up suffered nonunion or delayed healing. The average healing time of the fractures was 5 weeks, and the joint function recovered satisfactorily.
Internal fixation with two parallel Kirschner wires can achieve more reliable fixation to promote the healing of the bone fractures.
改进断指再植中的内固定方法。
选取2000年10月至2003年3月我院收治的14例手指骨折患者(共17指),采用双平行克氏针髓内固定,并与同期治疗的其他内固定病例效果进行比较。
所有指骨骨折均愈合,随访的10例患者均未发生骨不连或延迟愈合。骨折平均愈合时间为5周,关节功能恢复满意。
双平行克氏针内固定能获得更可靠的固定效果,促进骨折愈合。
