Abstract

From 1979 to 1989, 17 patients with obstructive superior vena cava resulted from different causes underwent various operations: azygos vein-right atrium bypass with an artificial vein (1 patient), external jugular vein-right atrium bypass (3 patients), innominate vein-right atrium bypass with the artificial veins made of autofascia (2 patients), and great saphenous veni-external jugular vein version (9 patients). Follow-up showed that version method is better than others because of good circulation and less thrombus formation.

摘要

1979年至1989年，17例因不同原因导致上腔静脉阻塞的患者接受了各种手术：人造血管奇静脉-右心房搭桥术（1例）、颈外静脉-右心房搭桥术（3例）、自体筋膜人造血管无名静脉-右心房搭桥术（2例）以及大隐静脉-颈外静脉转流术（9例）。随访显示，转流术因循环良好且血栓形成较少而优于其他术式。
