6 fresh liver from adult human specimen to casting model by perfusing with A. B. S. acetone solution and 42 formalin-fixated livers (adult 32 and children 10) were used in present study. The whole length and inner-diameter of the right hepatic duct as well as the angle between right and common hepatic duct were measured. The right hepatic duct were cut open longitudinally and their relations were classified. The relationship among the right hepatic duct and the right hepatic artery, the right trunk of portal vein and its branches, as well as gallbladder bed were observed. The method and the cautions in the operation of Longitudinal cutting of the right hepatic duct were described.
本研究使用了6个来自成人的新鲜肝脏标本，通过灌注丙酮溶液制成铸型模型，并使用了42个经福尔马林固定的肝脏（成人32个，儿童10个）。测量了右肝管的全长、内径以及右肝管与肝总管之间的夹角。将右肝管纵向切开并对其关系进行分类。观察了右肝管与右肝动脉、门静脉右干及其分支以及胆囊床之间的关系。描述了右肝管纵向切开手术的方法及注意事项。
