Abstract
Gastric diverticulum may simulate a left adrenal metastase as reported in our case. Prior opacification of the gastrointestinal tract and sometimes imaging in prone position are necessary to avoid an useless puncture for staging lung cancer.
摘要
胃憩室可能会像我们病例中所报道的那样，被误诊为左肾上腺转移瘤。之前对胃肠道进行造影检查，有时还需要进行俯卧位成像，以避免在肺癌分期时进行不必要的穿刺。
