Operations for gastric cysts were carried out on 8 patients (4 males and 4 females whose ages ranged from 33 to 65 years). Three patients had true cysts, 2 had inflammatory cysts; there were one case of neoplastic, one of retention and one of hydatid cyst. Organ-preserving operative interventions (enucleation, cystectomy, endoscopic cyst gastrostomy, antrum resection) were performed on 7 patients, one patient with an erroneous diagnosis of gastric carcinoma was subjected to subtotal resection of the stomach. There were neither complications nor fatal outcomes. It is claimed that patients with gastric cysts should be treated by surgery. An organ-preserving operation should be the method of choice.
对8例患者（4例男性，4例女性，年龄在33至65岁之间）进行了胃囊肿手术。3例患者为真性囊肿，2例为炎性囊肿；有1例肿瘤性囊肿、1例潴留性囊肿和1例包虫囊肿。7例患者接受了保留器官的手术干预（摘除术、囊肿切除术、内镜下囊肿胃造口术、胃窦切除术），1例被误诊为胃癌的患者接受了胃次全切除术。既无并发症也无死亡病例。据称，胃囊肿患者应接受手术治疗。保留器官的手术应是首选方法。
