Severe thoracic trauma is a common cause of admission in Intensive Care Units; then heart injury is not a rare finding. We present a case of post-traumatic interventricular dissection and ventricular aneurysm secondary to thoracic trauma caused by traffic accident. We think that ventricular septum injury is a rare finding after chest trauma. Two-dimensional echo-cardiography is an essential procedure in the diagnosis of traumatic heart injury.
严重胸部创伤是重症监护病房常见的入院原因；心脏损伤并不罕见。我们报告一例交通事故导致胸部创伤后发生创伤性室间隔夹层和室壁瘤的病例。我们认为胸部创伤后室间隔损伤是罕见的表现。二维超声心动图是诊断创伤性心脏损伤的重要检查。
