[The problem of documentation in pedodontics].

The efficiency of paedodontics increases with the number of children involved in regular dental supervision. This requires complete and reliable information about the individual factors, especially dental development, at any consultation (whether mass examination or treatment). The current methods of documentation are often inadequate to this purpose. For this reason, the author presents a method of documentation by means of key-word cards that essentially meets the demands to be made on a treatment chart.
