Recent explosive advances in molecular biological techniques have greatly expanded their applications, and they are now widely employed in nephrology. Main applications of molecular biological techniques in the field of nephrology are 1) molecular cloning of genes coding important proteins, 2) analysis of gene expressions, 3) approach using transgenic animals, 4) molecular genetic approach for inheritable diseases such as adult polycystic kidney disease. These techniques are now considered to be one of the most important and powerful tools in the field of nephrology.
近年来,分子生物学技术取得了突破性进展,其应用范围得到了极大拓展,目前已广泛应用于肾脏病学领域。分子生物学技术在肾脏病学领域的主要应用包括:1)编码重要蛋白质的基因的分子克隆;2)基因表达分析;3)转基因动物研究方法;4)针对诸如成人多囊肾病等遗传性疾病的分子遗传学研究方法。这些技术如今被视为肾脏病学领域最重要、最强大的工具之一。
