Abstract
The author presents a simple, easy-to-use, noninvasive, and easily reproducible method for measuring ventriculomegaly in the premature neonate. Neonatologists, as well as neurologists and neurosurgeons, have come to rely upon this method of measuring the ventricles in neonates.
