Abstract
The article shows differential diagnosis of giant sell tumor of bone with bone cystae, displasia fibrosis, chondroblastoma, osteosarcoma, chondrosarcoma, plasmocitoma, enchondroma and bone metastases. The main methods of diagnosis is morphological investigation of biopsy material.

本文展示了骨巨细胞瘤与骨囊肿、纤维发育不良、成软骨细胞瘤、骨肉瘤、软骨肉瘤、浆细胞瘤、内生软骨瘤及骨转移瘤的鉴别诊断。主要诊断方法是对活检材料进行形态学检查。
