The article shows differential diagnosis of giant sell tumor of bone with bone cystae, displasia fibrosis, chondroblastoma, osteosarcoma, chondrosarcoma, plasmocitoma, enchondroma and bone metastases. The main methods of diagnosis is morphological investigation of biopsy material.
