Abstract

BACKGROUND

Laparoscopic enucleation of an endometriotic cyst in a renal transplant patient has not been reported before.

CASE

An endometriotic cyst was found in the same side as a transplanted kidney. Laparoscopic enucleation of the cyst was performed.

CONCLUSION

A renal transplant patient with an endometriotic cyst can be treated successfully with laparoscopic enucleation.

摘要

背景

肾移植患者腹腔镜下剥除子宫内膜异位囊肿此前未见报道。

病例

在移植肾同侧发现一个子宫内膜异位囊肿，遂行腹腔镜下囊肿剥除术。

结论

肾移植合并子宫内膜异位囊肿患者可通过腹腔镜剥除术成功治疗。
