Abstract

Characteristics of neurons in amygdala central division were investigated and compared with the data available in literature on the similar parameters of the cells in its anterior and posterior divisions. Silver nitrate impregnation of neurons using Golgi method was used in this work. Classification and measurements of neurons were performed using Leontovich method (1978). Peculiarities of representation and quantitative characteristics of long-axonal and short-axonal neurons in amygdala central division were shown.

摘要

研究了杏仁核中央核团神经元的特征,并将其与文献中关于杏仁核前核团和后核团细胞类似参数的数据进行了比较。本研究采用高尔基法对神经元进行硝酸银浸染。使用列昂托维奇方法(1978年)对神经元进行分类和测量。结果显示了杏仁核中央核团长轴突和短轴突神经元的表现特点和定量特征。
