To study the Ag-NORs expressive character of T lymphocyte in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor and evaluate its diagnostic value for the patients.
Nucleolar organizer regions(NORs) of T lymphocyte from 86 normal adults, 102 patients with oral and maxillofacial benign tumors and 87 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors were analyzed through KL imaging system.
There was significant difference among normal adults, benign and malignant patients (P < 0.01). Their average I.S% values were 7.87 +/- 0.12, 5.72 +/- 0.14, 4.19 +/- 0.13, respectively.
The expression of Ag-NORs of T lymphocyte has definite relation with oral and maxillofacial tumors; detection of Ag-NORs might play valuable in diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial tumors.
研究口腔颌面部肿瘤患者T淋巴细胞中Ag-NORs的表达特征，并评估其对患者的诊断价值。
采用KL成像系统分析86例正常成年人、102例口腔颌面部良性肿瘤患者及87例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者T淋巴细胞的核仁组成区（NORs）。
正常成年人、良性肿瘤患者及恶性肿瘤患者之间差异有统计学意义（P < 0.01）。其平均I.S%值分别为7.87±0.12、5.72±0.14、4.19±0.13。
T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs的表达与口腔颌面部肿瘤有一定关系；检测Ag-NORs对口腔颌面部肿瘤的诊断可能具有重要价值。
