We report one case of seminal vesicle cyst with ectopic drainage of the left ureter. We performed a bibliographic review of this pathology.
23-year-old patient who presented several episodes of acute epididymitis. Complementary study showed a retroprostatic cystic structure on transrectal ultrasound. Surgical treatment with resection of the cystic structure was proposed.
The clinical picture which caused the process was solved and the patient keeps his fertility.
This is a rather infrequent pathology that urologists should know. We bring up the need of performing complementary studies in pathologies that in spite of seeming banal do not progress satisfactorily.
我们报告一例伴有左输尿管异位引流的精囊囊肿病例。我们对该病理情况进行了文献综述。
一名23岁患者出现数次急性附睾炎发作。辅助检查经直肠超声显示前列腺后囊性结构。建议对囊性结构进行手术切除治疗。
引发该病症的临床症状得到解决，患者保留了生育能力。
这是一种较为罕见的病理情况，泌尿外科医生应有所了解。我们提出对于那些尽管看似普通但治疗效果不佳的病症，需要进行辅助检查。
