To describe our experience using the Mitrofanoff procedure in adult patients after a complete urethral resection.
We describe 2 clinical cases, both with neoplastic lesions in the urethra. Once completed the urethral resection, we made a continent urinary diversion using the Mitrofanoff procedure with the cecal appendix, applying a few technical variations.
The Mitrofanoff procedure is a simple technique, applicable to both pediatric and adult patients and it should be considered a good urinary diversion after complete urethral resection.
描述我们在成年患者全尿道切除术后使用米氏术式的经验。
我们描述了2例临床病例，均为尿道肿瘤性病变。完成尿道切除术后，我们采用米氏术式利用盲肠阑尾进行可控性尿流改道，并应用了一些技术改良。
米氏术式是一种简单的技术，适用于儿童和成年患者，应被视为全尿道切除术后良好的尿流改道方式。
