Human infections with Microsporum gypseum in Denmark.

Ninety cases of Microsporum gypseum infection in Denmark during the period 1933-1977 are reviewed. The sex ratio, age distribution, and anatomical sites are started. A case of onychomycosis in a 1-year-old child is reported, and the cases of M. gypseum onychomycosis in the literature are reviewed.
