Abstract
We report the first case of fulminant liver failure due to necrotizing adenovirus hepatitis superimposed on a fibrosing cholestatic hepatitis B in an immunosuppressed patient after renal transplantation. Diagnosis was made in vivo by liver biopsy and confirmed at autopsy.

我们报告了首例肾移植后免疫抑制患者发生的暴发性肝衰竭，病因是坏死性腺病毒肝炎叠加在纤维化胆汁淤积性乙型肝炎之上。通过肝活检进行了体内诊断，并在尸检时得到证实。
