Abstract
We recently observed a newborn affected by a Tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary atresia. We describe clinical presentation, diagnostic and therapeutic topics of such congenital heart disease. Particularly we focused our attention on the utilization of EKG in "silent" cardiovascular disease in children.
