The presented review of literature gives data on the structure, mechanisms of action and properties of different types of the present-day dressing materials and means for treatment of wounds: sorption, protective, activated with medicines and atraumatic ones. It is shown that medical dressings keep the priority significance in treatment of wounds of different etiology which is due to the effectiveness, availability and simplicity in using them in different conditions.
本文献综述给出了有关当今不同类型敷料材料的结构、作用机制和特性，以及伤口治疗手段的资料：吸附性、保护性、药物激活型和无创伤型。结果表明，医用敷料在不同病因伤口的治疗中保持着优先地位，这归因于其有效性、可获得性以及在不同条件下使用的简易性。
