Ocular pathology at the patients with chronic hemodialysis improves important alterations of the anterior and posterior pole less studied up to the present time. We examined a group of ninety-six follow-up patients at Nephrology Clinical of "Carol Davila" Hospital between twenty one-seventy years old. The pathological aspects were related with: the value of biochemical constants (urea, calcium, phosphate), length of hemodialysis treat and arterial pressure. The most alterations of posterior pole were at the papilla (papillar edema, papillar uncolored and vascular alterations as a result of advanced atherosclerogenic processes and optical ischemic neuropathy, characteristics of these patients.
