Endotheliocyte structure in the gingival capillaries of patients with chronic catarrhal gingivitis (CCG) in the presence of connective tissue dysplasia and arterial hypertension differs from that in patients with CCG without somatic diseases, which essentially increase the permeability of capillary walls.
