[Surgical treatment of patients with critical lower limb ischemia due to affection of arteries of the femoral-popliteal-tibial segment].

Experience of surgical treatment of 325 patients with critical lower limb ischemia due to affection of infrainguinal vessels are analyzed. Comparative analysis of efficacy of direct, indirect and combined revascularizations was carried out, quality of life of patients in long-term period after surgery was evaluated.
