[Participation of pancreatic ribonuclease in the digestion processes].

The authors purified the alkaline ribonuclease obtained from the pancreas and the contents of the superior part of the dog's intestine. A comparative examination of physico-chemical properties and specificity of the separated enzymes was effected. The resulting data prove the pancreas to be the source of the alkaline ribonuclease contained in the superior portion of the intestine.
