Systemic malignancies may produce a variety of ocular manifestations, reflecting both direct infiltration of ocular tissue by neoplastic cells and secondary phenomena related to tumour-induced physiological disturbances. The diagnosis and significance of these often neglected aspects of clinical oncology are discussed.
