This paper reports for the first time on the fabrication of honeycomb-patterned cellulose films by casting water in oil emulsion of cellulose acetate onto a glass substrate and subsequent deacetylation treatment. The honeycomb pore size could be controlled from 1 to 100 microm under a saturated water vapor condition. Both cellulose and cellulose acetate films with honeycomb-pattern are expected to be a two-dimensional model of plant cell walls as well as of micro-wells for single cell cultivation. 本文首次报道了通过将醋酸纤维素的油包水乳液浇铸到玻璃基板上并随后进行脱乙酰化处理来制备蜂窝状纤维素膜。在饱和水蒸气条件下,蜂窝孔径可控制在1至100微米之间。具有蜂窝图案的纤维素膜和醋酸纤维素膜都有望成为植物细胞壁以及用于单细胞培养的微孔的二维模型。蜂窝状纤维素膜的表面形貌图像(比例尺:50微米)。
