Organo-axial volvulus of the stomach, a potentially catastrophic situation, may be recognized as an incidental finding on computed tomography (CT). We present the CT features of organo-axial volvulus of the stomach in two cases. In one case, a correlative magnetic resonance (MR) image is presented.
