OBJECTIVE
To find a safe, effective and simple method for liposuction in the upper legs.
METHODS
After appropriate choices of the incision, range of suction, and the method for liposuction, 32 patients received external ultrasound-assisted tumescent liposuction in the upper legs with local anesthesia.
RESULTS
All the patients recovered smoothly and quickly from the operation with satisfactory effects of weight reduction and shaping of the legs, and no obvious complications occurred in these cases.
CONCLUSION
External ultrasound-assisted tumescent liposuction is safe, effective and simple for removing local fat deposit in the upper legs.
目的
寻找一种安全、有效且简便的大腿上段吸脂方法。
方法
在合理选择切口、吸脂范围及吸脂方法后，32例患者在局部麻醉下接受了大腿上段体外超声辅助肿胀吸脂术。
结果
所有患者术后恢复顺利且迅速，腿部减重及塑形效果满意，未发生明显并发症。
结论
体外超声辅助肿胀吸脂术对于去除大腿上段局部脂肪堆积安全、有效且简便。
