From inception, Kizuna visiting nurse station has been giving a 24-hour service because it is highly regarded as being most dependable in providing medical care service to a patient and family members since we started doing this service. Since an introduction of home care insurance system started, we provided telephone consultation as well as dispatching emergency visiting nursing service under an agreement with a fee that was named as "added emergency visiting nursing service fee". We examined and analyzed the emergency visiting nursing service contents based on the after hour telephone consultation given to patients and family members.
