[Experiences clinical tests to prove value of GRF wound dressing in the treatment of patients suffering from haemophilia (author's transl)].

Experiences are reported on the use of Gelatine-Resorcin-Formalin (GRF) wound dressing obtained in clinical tests. The treatment has been turned out to be thoroughly satisfactory in 27 cases of patients suffering from haemophilia and those suffering from Willebrand-Jürgens-Syndrome. Generally, treatment may be carried out without hospitalization of applying coagulator substituting medicaments.
