Abstract
Prostate cancers which are diagnosed during PSA screening include a significant number of clinically insignificant cancers. Useful strategy for needle biopsy is warranted. In addition, useful strategy for the timing of radical therapy for localized prostate cancer is warranted to be established. These strategies are essential to avoid over-diagnosis and over-treatment.
