Abstract
Advanced blepharoplasty invaginates the upper lid tissues. It requires an intimate familiarity with the anatomy of the upper lid. The two keys to success are (1) approaching the deep fascia network via strip resection of the pretarsal fascia and (2) forming a free edge of the levator aponeurosis. The result is an attractive and permanent upper lid fold.

高级眼睑成形术会使上睑组织内陷。这需要对眼睑的解剖结构有深入的了解。成功的两个关键在于：（1）通过睑前筋膜条带切除术接近深层筋膜网络；（2）形成提上睑肌腱膜的游离边缘。其结果是形成一个美观且持久的上睑皱襞。
